Really nice stay, good-sized and brand-new rooms!

The apartment had amazing people and rooms, and was located so close to the center, main sites, the Yoga Barn. The bed was very comfy; perfect sleep. Pool area looked great. The location was amazing and peaceful - in the heart of the city; I loved that.

We stayed at a hidden gem in Bali and were blown away by the beautiful building, fantastic cleanliness, and the lovely staff at Dugul Hidden. the host greeted us warmly and offered to take us to all the tourist spots on our list, and even more. the room was amazing and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We would love to stay here again in the future. Cons: All good! 😊.

This place was fantastic, from the beautiful location to the amazing staff who were so helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay! the hotel was conveniently located near all the attractions and restaurants, and the staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool and the spacious rooms.

The Wi-Fi in the room was sometimes weak and unreliable. there was a bit of a unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. They provided airport shuttle, a day tour, and arranged a fast boat to the Gili Islands. the owner even drove us around on a tour of the area, which was amazing. They packed us a breakfast on our last day. the family was interested in our well-being and helped us with any questions we had. We were even invited to their son's wedding ceremony, a truly unique experience. the stay was memorable and we felt cared for.

Nothing, all was good.

The location in the heart of Ubud was perfect, with easy access to markets, shopping, and food. The staff arranged a cost-effective airport drop-off for us. The swimming pool was a nice highlight, and we enjoyed a decent breakfast every morning. The sit-out area facing the pool was a great spot to relax. We also loved the entrance pond with Koi fish.

While there were some minor drawbacks, such as having to ask for extra toilet paper and poor WiFi on the third floor, they didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

The accommodation was modern and beautiful, very close to restaurants and cafes. It had a walk-in shower and offered coffee, tea, fruit, and eggs for breakfast. I loved being able to see the garden from the window, and the apartment had a great location right in the center.
